This is your chance to build a long term career in the UK's most dynamic & efficient print manufacturing team.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our production team as a Dispatch and Guillotine Operators.

About the Role

As a Dispatch Operator, you'll be the final link in our production chain, checking, packing, and preparing products for delivery with the highest attention to detail. You'll coordinate with production teams to ensure goods leave the factory efficiently and on schedule.

As a Guillotine Operator, you'll use your technical expertise to produce high-quality printed materials, from perfectly stitched books to large-format posters, ensuring precision and excellence every time.

What We Offer

Real Living Wage Employer
Salary starting dependent on experience:
- 24/7 Continental (DuPont) shifts pay between £13.45 & £23.09 per hour (approx. £29,983 - £51,473 per year) for 12:15 hour day and night shifts across a 4-week cycle, averaging 42.87 hours per week, with 7 consecutive days off during the cycle.

Weekly pay with overtime opportunities at time and a third (1.33%)
Permanent and temporary contracts available
A collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive team environment with opportunities to progress

Shift Pattern

24/7 DuPont/Continental Shift (Production Roles)

Rotating 12.15-hour day and night shifts
4-week repeating cycle averaging 42.87 hours per week
Includes a 7-day rest period every 4 weeks

Example rotation:

Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off
Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off, 3 night shifts
Week 3: 3 days off, 4 day shifts
Week 4: 7 days off

Ability to work independently in a busy, physical environment
A strong team player with good communication skills
Flexibility to support the team during busy periods
Basic to good PC skills
Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
Willingness to work either 8-hour or 12-hour shifts depending on role
