Full job description

Make a difference every day — become a Personal Care Assistant!

We currently have two roles based in the Stockbridge area of Sheffield working:

- 2 x 12 hour shifts per week (week 1) and 1 x 12 hour shift per week (Week 2) averaging 18 hours per week for days from 9.30am to 9.30pm

- 2 x 12 hour shifts per week per nights from 9.30pm to 09.30

1 in 3 weekends required

Overtime hours available if needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will support people with:

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Meal preparation and hydration
Medication support
Light household tasks
Mobility and using equipment safely
Social activities, companionship, and emotional support
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Reporting directly to the senior and registered care manager.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full training is provided
A driving licence will be required
