Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nursing Associate to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, supporting care plans, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will play a vital part in delivering excellent nursing services within a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.

Duties

Assist registered nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering personalised patient care.
Implement and monitor individualised care plans in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Administer medications and treatments as authorised, maintaining accurate documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure clarity and understanding.
Maintain accurate records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
Support organisational tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and managing supplies.
Observe patients closely for any changes in condition and report findings promptly to senior staff.
Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and infection control standards.

Requirements

recognised qualification as a Nursing Associate or equivalent.
Proven experience in nursing or healthcare settings, with a strong understanding of care plans.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to healthcare documentation and communication.
Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings or weekends if necessary.

Pay: £15.32 per hour
