Job Title: Secretary

Location: Savile Street, Batley, England, WF17 6JS
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a professional, organised, and motivated Secretary to join our growing team based in Uxbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in administration. No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
Preparing, formatting, and maintaining documents, reports, and records.
Welcoming visitors and assisting with general enquiries.
Maintaining accurate filing systems and company records.
Supporting daily office administration and operational activities.
Assisting with data entry and database management.
Coordinating meetings and preparing relevant materials.
Handling confidential information with discretion.
Providing administrative support to management and colleagues as required.

Candidate Requirements

No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK.
