Overview

Corporate Receptionist Tuesday - Thursday only 08:30-17:00 ( 30 min break daily)

We are seeking a professional and organised Corporate Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations at our corporate office, providing excellent front-desk support and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring they are directed appropriately
Answer incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette, and direct calls to the relevant departments or personnel
Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and visitor sign-in procedures
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings using organisational tools
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as required
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure efficient office workflow
Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming at all times

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to learn
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Organised with a keen eye for detail and strong time management abilities
