Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a well-maintained space.

Responsibilities

Hours will be 12-20 per week. Mix of early morning & daytime shifts. Mondays, Wednesday or Thursday & Fridays (potential of add-ons for Saturday & Sunday).
Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
Ensure all areas such as offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces are kept clean and hygienic
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed
Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour when interacting with clients or visitors

Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.
Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact professionally
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to respond politely and effectively to client needs
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to scheduled shifts
