About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Event Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and is looking to grow long-term within a dynamic and ambitious events business.

The role will involve supporting the delivery of high-profile corporate events across the globe, working closely with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution from planning through to onsite delivery.

We are a friendly, collaborative, family-style team that values professionalism, ownership, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the delivery of international corporate events
Manage event logistics, timelines, supplier coordination, and attendee management
Support client communications and project delivery
Work closely with internal event, operations, and technical teams
Assist with onsite event management both within the UK and internationally
Manage Cvent platforms and attendee management systems where required
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Handle multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
Maintain high levels of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience within the events industry
Corporate event experience essential
Agency-side event experience highly desirable
Experience using Cvent preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure
UK-based with flexibility for international travel
Positive, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
Strong team player with a willingness to grow with the business
