Part Time

Medical Receptionist/Administrator Vacancy

We are seeking a multi-skilled, organised, and motivated Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, as part of a team and have flexibility to cover for sickness and annual leave.

Knowledge of working within the NHS in a similar role and using SystemOne is essential.

However full training will be given where necessary.

Duties will include front reception, telephone, and administrative/clerical duties to assist the GPs and further team.

Surgery opening hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 18:30. Hours will be Tuesday - Friday 2-6.30pm
