The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, skilled landscaper to manage projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for interpreting site plans and drawings, leading your team efficiently on-site, and delivering outstanding results in patios, decking, retaining walls, and more — on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage landscaping projects end-to-end using site plans and technical drawings
Lead and coordinate on-site teams to work efficiently and safely
Deliver high-quality construction of patios, decking, retaining walls, fencing, and garden structures
Maintain clear communication with clients and the landscape manager throughout each project
Solve on-site challenges quickly and effectively, keeping projects on track

What We’re Looking For

Significant hands-on experience in landscaping construction (patios, decking, retaining walls essential)
Ability to read and work from site plans and technical drawings
Proven experience managing teams and subcontractors on-site
Strong organisational skills
A dedicated problem-solver who takes pride in delivering quality results
Passionate about the industry with a drive to contribute to company growth
Excellent customer-facing manner and communication skills
Full, clean driving licence (role involves driving a company van)
