Join Our Culinary Team

Holbrook Manor Hotel & Spa is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, events, weddings, and private functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in high-quality food, and is looking to develop their career within a prestigious hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operation of the kitchen.
Menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Manage stock control, ordering, and minimisation of waste.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and modern cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
