Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in management. This role offers an opportunity to lead a motivated team, optimise processes, and contribute to the overall success of our business. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery, maintaining organisational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. This position is paid and suitable for individuals with previous supervisory or management experience who are eager to develop their careers further.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to achieve operational goals whilst maintaining high standards of performance and customer service
Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team productivity
Provide training and support to team members to ensure they meet organisational expectations
Oversee merchandising activities, ensuring visual standards are maintained across all retail outlets or sales points
Manage stock levels, organise stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers as necessary
Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, motivate staff, and address any issues promptly
Implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and improve customer engagement
Maintain administrative records accurately, including attendance, sales reports, and inventory logs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace
Produce weekly rota's

Skills

Multilingual or Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication within diverse teams or customer bases
Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in retail or sales environments
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear organisation of ideas
Demonstrated experience in merchandising and sales management strategies
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Well-developed organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative duties
Experience in retail management or related fields is advantageous
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and composure
Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and phone etiquette for professional interactions

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
