Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a dedication to providing exceptional beauty services. This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their appearance through various beauty treatments, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Duties

Perform specialised beauty treatments including makeup application, skincare, and other cosmetic procedures
Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable services
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon or workspace
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services
Assist clients in selecting appropriate products and aftercare advice
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
Skilled in makeup application and other cosmetic treatments
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Professional appearance and demeanour with a passion for enhancing client confidence
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to beauty treatments
