Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and efficient workplace environment.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Maintain and update company records using data entry and administrative skills
Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules efficiently
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
Handle email and website queries efficiently.
Support the team with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Assist in organising company events or training sessions as required
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with supplies
Provide general administrative support as needed
Opening and closing of office when required
Re-broking and new quotations for clients

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Previous administrative experience is preferred, but training will be provided
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new software or procedures
