Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Greeting clients, suppliers and preparing the space for meetings.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
Utilise Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members as required.
Support the preparation of reports and presentations by compiling data from various sources.
Implement and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.

Experience

Previous office experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with administrative processes.
Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent) and Google Workspace applications.
Experience with Xero is highly desirable for managing financial records.
Excellent phone etiquette is a must to ensure professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Typing skills should be proficient to facilitate quick data entry and documentation tasks.
You will also be required to undertake various other tasks including assembling of products, boxing up, arranging collections and deliveries.
Previous clerical experience will be advantageous in performing various administrative duties effectively. If you possess the necessary skills and experience to thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply for the position of Office Administrator within our growing organisation.
