Summary.
As a Quality Engineer at Review Display Systems, you will play a critical role in safeguarding product integrity and driving continuous improvement across the entire product lifecycle. Working closely with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers, you will ensure that robust quality principles are embedded from concept through to production and beyond.
This is a hands on, influential role suited to someone who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys solving complex problems. You will lead nonconformance investigations, support supplier and customer quality interactions, contribute to audits and compliance activities, and help shape and evolve the company’s Quality Management System. Your work will have a direct impact on product reliability, customer confidence, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities.
· Act as a key point of contact for Quality matters across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, promoting a strong quality culture throughout the organisation.
· Support and maintain the Information Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with applicable standards ISO 13485, ISO 9001 ISO14001, ISO 45001, and driving continuous improvement.
· Lead and support nonconformance investigations, including root cause analysis (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone), defining corrective and preventive actions, and verifying effectiveness.
· Manage Return Material Authorisations (RMAs), working cross functionally to ensure timely investigation, containment, and resolution of customer issues.
· Support internal, supplier, and external audits, including audit preparation, execution, follow up of findings, and closure of corrective actions.
· Review and approve quality related documentation such as work instructions, inspection plans, control plans, and test procedures.
· Support supplier quality activities, including supplier assessments, performance monitoring, and resolution of supplier related issues.
· Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
· Support customer quality requirements, including responding to quality queries, supporting on site visits, and contributing to customer satisfaction.
· Promote continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, supporting corrective actions, and contributing to business wide improvement initiatives.
· Conduct daily compliance checks to ensure that manufactured product meets customer requirements and comply to our internal production controls.
Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing, engineering, or high‑reliability environment.
· Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ideally aligned to ISO 13485, ISO 9001. ISO14001 & ISO45001 desirable but not essential.
· Experience leading nonconformance investigations using structured problem‑solving methodologies (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, RCA)
· Hands‑on experience managing RMAs, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions.
· Experience supporting internal, supplier, and external audits, including preparation, execution, and closure of findings.
· Ability to review, author, and maintain quality documentation such as work instructions, inspection plans, control plans, and procedures.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data, identify trends, and drive improvement actions.
· Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
· Ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands, and manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.
· A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and right‑first‑time principles.
