The Role

We are seeking an experienced and values‑driven Registered Manager to establish and lead two small high‑quality residential services supporting up to 5 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. In addition, this role provides oversight of a single occupancy supported living service due to its proximity to Chester and distance to our other services.

This is a senior leadership role with clear accountability, autonomy and organisational support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the registration of and opening Reside’s residential services in Chester, development of which is scheduled to be completed over autumn, embedding a strong, open, values-led culture from the outs
Transitioning Supported Individuals into the new services, which are being built around the needs of the already identified Individuals
Working with Recruitment, Training and Business Development to recruit and develop new high performing teams to meet the needs of Supported Individuals as they move in
Contributing to the development and success of the senior operations team, in particular providing oversight of an already established supported living service

What You’ll Bring

Registered Manager (or ready to register) with a level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong CQC and safeguarding expertise, ideally with a track record of Good or Outstanding CQC ratings

Proven leadership of complex services and strong knowledge of autism and learning disabilities

Experience working with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, with a commitment to PBS and least restrictive practice

Confident, professional and compassionate
