Our focus is on delivering exceptional signage solutions for small to medium-sized businesses in Glasgow and the surrounding areas, specializing in branding and rebranding projects.
As a key member of a four-person team, you'll work directly with the signage manager, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of sign making and installation, adhering to our high standards of craftsmanship.
**The Role**
We’re seeking a motivated individual who is not only creative but possesses strong practical skills—DIY enthusiasts will thrive in this environment! Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and self-motivation are essential, especially as we navigate the demands of our growing customer base. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality is crucial.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create a variety of signs and graphics using vinyl plotters, large format printers, laminators, heat press equipment, and CNC routing.
- Prepare surfaces and ensure thorough cleaning.
- Employ precise measurement skills with tape measures and other tools; accuracy is vital in our line of work.
- Perform installations both indoors and outdoors, requiring comfort with heights up to 5 meters, using ladders and scissor lifts.
- Uphold a clean and safe working environment in our workshop, company vehicles, and at client sites.
- Maintain a tidy personal appearance, embodying our professional standards.
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor, commitment, and professionalism throughout your tasks.
- Collaborate effectively in a team while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
A full UK driving licence is preferred, though not essential.

**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
