Customer Support Advisor

TradeHelp — Wrexham Industrial Estate

TradeHelp is hiring a Customer Support Advisor to be the friendly first point of contact for our growing membership base.

TradeHelp provides cutting-edge software, membership benefits, purchasing support, and member finance solutions for small businesses, alongside consultancy and cost-saving solutions for larger organisations. We’re an innovative, forward-thinking company based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.

What you’ll actually be doing day to day

Answering inbound calls and handling customer enquiries from TradeHelp members and prospective customers
Making outbound calls to follow up on membership enquiries, renewals, and customer requests
Logging and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
Processing membership applications and supporting customers through onboarding
Responding to customer emails and written enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support ongoing processes
Supporting marketing and software development functions as the business needs

What we’re looking for

A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys talking to people on the phone
Good written communication skills — clear, professional, and accurate
Organised and able to manage your own workload and priorities
A keen eye for detail and a willingness to follow processes carefully
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is ideal — don’t worry if you’re not experienced, as further training will be provided to build on what you know
Some previous experience is preferred, though ambition, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude matter just as much
