Full job description

As part of our continued growth at D4Health, we are seeking an Occupational Health Screening Technician to join our Midlands-based team on a full-time, 12-month contract.

This is a varied and rewarding role within our Occupational Health team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based health surveillance services across the UK via our Mobile Medical Unit (MMU).

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, variety, and hands-on clinical work, and who thrives in a professional and supportive environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Drive and operate a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) or suitable personal vehicle to deliver occupational health services across the UK, including regular overnight stays (up to 4 nights per week).
Carry out a range of health screening activities, including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS, vision screening, job-specific medicals, drug and alcohol testing, and general health assessments.
Work flexibly to support a 24/7 service, including early starts, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Ensure all work meets company policies, clinical protocols, SLAs, and quality standards while maintaining high levels of service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service, build strong client relationships, and accurately maintain clinical records.

Skills & Experience Required

Experience in Occupational Health or health screening, with strong communication and customer service skills.
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a proactive, flexible approach.
Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) and aged 25+ for insurance purposes.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Telford TF1 6QJ
