About Us

Hadley Dental Practice is a friendly, well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Telford. Alongside general dentistry, we provide advanced implant dentistry, oral surgery and complex restorative treatments using modern digital technology.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
Managing appointments and patient diaries
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing payments and maintaining patient records
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Providing an excellent patient experience

About You

Friendly, professional and reliable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Well organised with good attention to detail
Confident using computers
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous dental experience is an advantage but not essential. We also welcome applicants with strong customer service or healthcare experience. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
