Job Advert: Sales Operations Coordinator – Order Management and Customer Support

Location: Swindon
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + bonus potential
Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday)

Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and timely order processing.

What You’ll Do:

Process and manage customer sales orders with precision and efficiency.
Allocate stock to the warehouse and coordinate order fulfilment.
Maintain and update sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
Proactively monitor outstanding orders and communicate updates to customers.
Respond to customer queries and provide friendly, professional support.
Process credit notes and assist the Sales Team as needed.
Handle incoming calls and manage the sales inbox, escalating issues where necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience using CRM software (Sage knowledge is a bonus!).
Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team player with a positive, customer-first attitude.
Confident, outgoing, and ready to make a difference!

Competitive salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
