Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a lively environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly atmosphere
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and specialised drinks, maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to hygiene regulations
Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic maths skills
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and seating areas
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
Uphold food safety standards at all times, following health and safety regulations
Support colleagues in delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly

Qualifications

Previous barista experience or background in serving is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good time management skills to prioritise duties during peak hours
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
