As a Cafe Team Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day of the café and BREW bar, helping the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cafe Team Leader, you’ll:
Deliver high café and BREW standards, ensuring full operational compliance
Provide outstanding customer service across all café touchpoints
Coordinate daily activities and communication within the café
Identify opportunities for improvement using data and customer feedback
Work closely with managers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve store targets
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and food safety standards
Respond quickly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and stock control
Minimise waste through careful handling and stock management
Complete all tasks and procedures in line with company policies
