Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Spa Therapist to lead our team and deliver exceptional wellness experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in a variety of spa treatments, excellent management skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our luxury spa environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise the spa team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and professionalism.
Perform advanced electrical facial treatments to the highest professional standards.
Uphold the spa’s reputation for excellence, discretion, and professionalism.
Deliver a range of luxury spa treatments, including facials, massage, and body therapies.
Provide expert skincare consultations and tailored treatment plans.
Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols at all times.
Build strong client relationships and ensure a memorable, high end experience.
Promote and recommend premium retail products confidently.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) mandatory
Proven experience in electrical facial treatments
Strong knowledge of advanced skincare techniques and products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
A passion for luxury wellness and client satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
