Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette and the ability to upsell products and services when appropriate.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are a must
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills will set you apart.
