Full job description

Sales Negotiator - Part time or Full time will be considered. This is a fixed term contract to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Keighley office to cover a period of Maternity Leave for 9-12 months on a fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing close contact with those wishing to buy a property and vendors who want to sell their property, and provide an excellent customer service experience for both potential purchasers' and existing clients'.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs, assisting in marketing and advertising any properties, dealing with phone and email queries, liaising with all interested parties, negotiate and agree offers to sale agreed, progress sales through to exchange of contracts and completion, and keep administration records updated.

This is also a fantastic development opportunity as you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in property valuations. We offer a range of training opportunities, and we encourage our employees to take advantage of these to further their career in the estate agency industry.

The individual will need to be hard working, results driven and confident whilst maintaining exceptional customer service. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has a real interest and proven track record in estate agency and a strong customer service background.

At least 1 years experience within the industry is essential and must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
