Join YD Café as a skilled and passionate Barista! We’re looking for an experienced barista who shares our commitment to building community and enriching lives.

YD Café is more than just a coffee shop — it’s a welcoming space where people can connect, relax, and feel at home. In this role, you’ll prepare excellent coffee, provide outstanding customer service, and help create a warm, inclusive atmosphere that brings our community together.

Key Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
Create memorable customer experiences through attentive, friendly, and professional service
Maintain consistently high standards of coffee quality, preparation, and presentation
Keep the café clean, organised, welcoming, and well presented at all times
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
Handle cash register and payment transactions accurately and professionally
Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Represent YD Café and Your Dar’s values of community, care, and excellence in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

Proven barista experience, with confident skills in espresso-based drinks and beverage preparation
A genuine passion for high-quality coffee and excellent customer service
A reliable, positive, and proactive approach to work
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
