Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager (CSM) to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement within the department. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with multilingual capabilities, are highly desirable to effectively serve our varied customer base.

Duties

Lead, motivate, and supervise the customer service team to deliver outstanding service standards.
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
Manage escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and communication abilities.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare reports on team performance, customer satisfaction levels, and operational issues for senior management review.
Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high morale.

Qualifications

Proven management or supervising experience within a customer service environment.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and tact.
Organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in developing strategies for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement.
