Overview
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative/Window Fabricator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the assembly and fabrication of premium windows. You will play a vital part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision, supporting our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and organise materials for window fabrication within the warehouse setting
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble window components accurately and efficiently
Operate machinery and equipment safely to cut, shape, and assemble window frames and sashes
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and productivity
Assist with inventory management by tracking parts and materials used during fabrication
Follow detailed instructions and quality standards throughout the assembly process
Support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed

Skills

Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of basic assembly processes is advantage but not essential
Basic knowledge of using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Experience with window or similar product assembly is advantageous
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail to ensure precise fabrication and quality control
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Good physical stamina to stand, lift, and handle materials throughout shifts
