About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Supplier Relationship Co‑Ordinator to support the effective management of our contractors and suppliers across our Surveying & Minor Works service.
This is a key role that ensures contracts are compliant, finances are accurately managed, and strong relationships are maintained with our supply chain. You’ll play an important part in driving high‑quality service delivery, supporting operational teams, and ensuring our partners meet both contractual and social value commitments.
Key responsibilities

Contract Monitoring & Compliance: Monitor contractor performance through KPIs, SLAs and audits, escalating issues where required

Supplier Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, contractors and internal teams

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong working relationships to support effective service delivery

Meeting Coordination: Organise and facilitate supplier review meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking

Financial Management: Manage Purchase Orders in line with contracts and budgets

Issue Resolution: Resolve financial queries such as invoice discrepancies, variations or overspend

Social Value Tracking: Track and report on social value commitments (e.g. apprenticeships, community initiatives, local spend)

Compliance Assurance: Ensure contract compliance with procurement legislation and internal policies

Operational Support: Support operational teams with contract management, reporting and documentation

Performance Reporting: Provide updates on contractor performance, risks and compliance status
More About you

Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)

Experience in contract administration, supplier management or procurement support, ideally within housing, property services or construction

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Proactive approach to problem solving and issue resolution

Good financial understanding (POs, invoicing, variations and contract budgets)

Understanding of procurement regulations, contract governance and compliance
