Key accountabilities

You will facilitate new employee site inductions
You will ensure the site compliance training needs are delivered and maintained: Food Safety, Health & Safety etc
You will plan, organise, deliver and evaluate training
You will manage training records to ensure audit compliance
You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and source training providers
You will support site element of pladis Academy, the business e-learning portal
You will work with our Engagement team on site initiatives

Person Specification

Energetic, enthusiastic with a responsiveness and flexibility to adapt to fast changing environment
Personal resilience to manage competing priorities
Confidence in delivery
Collaborative with good verbal and written communication skills
Inquisitive and willing to explore new ideas
Passion and excitement for a career in the food industry
GCSE or equivalent Maths/English Grade C/4
Confident IT skills
Microsoft Office Skills desirable but not essential
