Sales Co-ordinator / Administrator

Location: Office-based
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £26,500 - £27,500 per annum (depending on experience)

We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales Co-ordinator / Administrator to join our growing eCommerce business. At MedalStudio.com, we design and supply high-quality medals, trophies and awards to customers across the UK and beyond. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, keeping things organised, and ensuring orders are processed smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

This is a varied role that would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

What you'll be doing

Managing customer enquiries via phone and e-mail.
Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
Supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and production teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Maintaining accurate customer records and sales administration.
Assisting with eCommerce order management and online customer support.
Helping to resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
General office administration and supporting the wider team where required.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident using computer systems and learning new software.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a small, friendly team.

Experience within eCommerce, manufacturing or order processing would be an advantage but isn't essential.
