Full job description

Kick off your career with Retail Marketing Group as a Sales Demonstrator!

The Fine Print:

Pay: £24,784.50, per annum plus uncapped commission + mileage paid at 28ppm

Contract: Permanent, Full- time

Working Pattern: Guaranteed 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday availability required. Primary working pattern with be Friday to Tuesday. Monday & Tuesday - covering John Lewis High Wycombe and Friday to Sunday covering Currys Hayes.

Location: Multiple retail locations within the Slough and surrounding areas in the south- candidate ideally based in or around the South

About the role:

Join our dynamic LG Team as a Sales Demonstrator representing cutting-edge LG Home Entertainment technology across a variety of retail locations. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys engaging with customers, and is passionate about tech.

You’ll be responsible for professionally showcasing LG’s Home Entertainment product range, driving sales through compelling demonstrations, and supporting LG’s retail objectives. This role requires travel between stores, so a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Visit multiple retail stores to represent LG Home Entertainment products.
Build strong relationships with store teams to increase LG presence and advocacy.
Actively engage customers, understand their needs, and deliver informative product demonstrations.
Drive sales through expert knowledge and enthusiastic presentation.
Attend training sessions and team meetings (online or in-person) to stay up to date with LG product innovations.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and report on activity and performance.
Represent LG and Retail Marketing professionally, including adherence to uniform policy.

What Success Looks Like

Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment.
Strong interest in technology, particularly LG products, and agility at learning new products and features
Well presented, confident, reliable, and highly motivated and drive to increase sales.
Must be willing to work bank holidays
