Full job description

Location: Sleaford (relocating to North Rauceby later this year)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 5 days/week (includes 3 out of 4 Saturdays each month)

Summary

Due to exciting company growth and an upcoming relocation to our new site later this year, we are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic time to join Range & Country as we enter our next chapter, and we look forward to welcoming an enthusiastic new team member to help drive our success.

We pride ourselves on delivering a trustworthy, tailored service to outdoor enthusiasts across the country. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing the customer experience - driving sales through genuine product knowledge and exceptional care, rather than pushy sales tactics.

Shooting or airgun experience is not essential and training will be provided - you will just need a passion to gain product knowledge in order to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Answer incoming phone calls and support customers with enquiries.
Process sales and payment transactions and accurately and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor.

Qualifications

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Knowledge and/or passion for outdoor activities and shooting sports is a bonus but not essential.

You must have your own transport as there are no transport links to the new North Rauceby location.

Due to the nature of our business an enhanced Police check will be performed on successful candidates
