Overview

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trade skills across various projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our construction sites, deliver exceptional results, and support the overall success of our projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on professionals eager to showcase their diverse skill set in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform multiple trade tasks including carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work as required on different projects.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks with precision.
Fabricate and modify materials or components to meet project specifications.
Assist in site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of work while adhering to safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to various trades promptly and efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Skills

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, or construction painting.
Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction environments.
Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics related to different trades.
Skilled in fabrication techniques for custom modifications or repairs.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site challenges.
Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and supervisors.
