Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ plumbing experience
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
Experience with Saniflo/macerator systems preferred (full training provided)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Plumbing Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of Saniflo and other macerator systems, alongside general plumbing and maintenance work.

You’ll be joining a business that values professionalism, reliability and customer care. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working independently and wants genuine opportunities to increase earnings and progress their career.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service and repair Saniflo and macerator systems
Diagnose and resolve plumbing breakdowns efficiently
Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance to government regulations
Provide accurate customer estimates and deliver work to high professional standards
Complete basic joinery and electrical-related tasks where required
Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the business professionally
Use industry-leading tools and technology provided by the company

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ plumbing experience (essential)
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)
Experience with Saniflo/macerator systems (preferred but not essential)
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Positive, proactive and reliable attitude
Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work occasional longer hours or weekends when required (rewarded accordingly)
