Your New Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll lead the finance function for the UK business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across London and Australia. This role combines financial planning & analysis, regulatory reporting and tax oversight, with a strong business partnering lens to support a growing international investment platform. You will:

Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the UK business, including long‑term modelling and performance analysis.
Own monthly, year‑end and regulatory reporting, including audit management and Board‑level financial statement presentation.
Manage UK tax compliance across corporate tax, VAT and transfer pricing, working closely with external advisers and HMRC.
Act as a key business partner to senior leaders, driving cost management, financial insights and informed decision‑making.
Oversee financial operations including payroll, banking, payments and internal controls, ensuring alignment with Group frameworks.

How do you exceed our expectations?

Qualified finance professional with 7–10 years’ experience in financial management roles, ideally within financial services.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, UK regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Proven capability in business partnering, financial modelling and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Experience managing tax compliance and transfer pricing, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Highly analytical and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
