Project Blinds is a specialist supplier and installer of premium blinds, shutters, curtains and soft furnishings, serving residential and commercial clients across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and parts of London. We're a well organised, professionally run company with strong lead generation from Google Ads, social media and an established client database. You won't be cold calling — you'll be attending pre-qualified appointments with customers who are already interested.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the team on a full time basis. You'll be attending in home and commercial appointments, guiding customers through product options, conducting accurate surveys and preparing quotes that convert.
If you understand premium products, can build rapport quickly and know how to close without being pushy — this role is built for you.
Hours: Approximately 36–40 hours per week across Hampshire, Surrey and surrounding areas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Attending pre-booked appointments at homes and businesses
- Advising customers on blinds, shutters, curtains and soft furnishing solutions
- Demonstrating product ranges, fabrics, colours and finishes
- Conducting accurate site surveys and measurements
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Identifying natural upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Building long term customer relationships and maintaining repeat business
- Representing the company professionally on every visit
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience in a customer facing sales role — ideally within blinds, shutters, curtains, interiors or a related home improvement sector
- Confident measurer and surveyor with strong attention to detail
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage your own diary and work independently
- Full UK driving licence
