As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring vehicles are costed accurately and efficiently, supporting smooth site operations and maintaining our reputation for high-quality customer service.
You’ll be responsible for:
Producing accurate estimates and invoices to meet repair timelines and partner SLAs
Managing repair costs and ensuring profitability
Supporting the site with assessments, total loss cases, and repair methodology reviews
Ensuring all work complies with BS10125 standards
Liaising with customers, insurers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless process
Identifying and reporting any losses or issues that impact quality or margin
What we’re looking for
Strong technical understanding of body & paint repair
Proven experience in vehicle estimating
Confident using Audatex, Glassmatix, and related systems
Familiarity with E-scribe, Ezi Methods, and Glass's Evaluator
Audatex Gold training or equivalent experience
ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve it)
A team player with a can-do attitude and a solutions-focused approach
Organised, methodical, and customer-service driven
