Marketing Executive

Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for driving brand growth? Property Solutions is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that elevate our brand within the exciting student housing sector.

What you'll do:

Campaign Management: Develop and execute high-impact paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads, continuously optimising for maximum ROI.
Email Marketing: Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Brevo, focusing on personalisation and segmentation to boost engagement and conversions.
CRM & Automation: Leverage tools like Monday.com and Zapier to streamline CRM management and automate workflows, enhancing overall efficiency.
SEO & Web Management: Oversee and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page and local optimisation, to improve search rankings and online visibility. You'll also manage website updates via our CMS, ensuring a seamless user experience (UI/UX).
Content & Social Media: Lead our social media content strategy, combining creative content development with data-driven analytics to significantly increase audience engagement.
Creative & Events: Design engaging marketing materials, craft compelling copy, and coordinate impactful event marketing activities, including planning stalls and interactive experiences for student housing events.
Lead Generation & Strategy: Implement lead scoring systems to prioritise high-value prospects, ensuring strong alignment between sales and marketing efforts for optimal results.

What you'll bring:

A proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
Proficiency in managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo) and CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Zapier).
A solid understanding of SEO principles and website content management.
Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for compelling copy and design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical prowess to deliver impactful campaigns.
