£41,000 OTE £45,100 - Competitive Pension, Family Partnership & much more.

Wednesbury – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rota’d basis.

Your Role

You are responsible for supporting the General Manager in the successful management of the distribution centre.
Ensuring positive team performance in each of the key results areas. Financial, Service, People and Operations.
Effectively control the inbound and outbound stock, ensuring the warehouse remains within targeted levels whilst remaining cost-effective.
You will ensure all warehouse colleagues act as brand ambassadors for the company in line with our marketing strategy.
Demonstrate our key leadership characteristics and champion our company values.
Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
Following health & safety procedures at all times.
Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
