Job Introduction

Female Support Worker

Location: West Bromwich
Pay rate: £14.00per hour - Weekly and Monthly Pay available!
Shift pattern: 07:45am -13:45pm (days) and 20:00pm – 06:00am (wake nights)
Hours: Full time and Part- time

We are looking for a caring, fun, and reliable Female Support Worker to support a wonderful young person with complex needs. The role includes supporting with daily activities, personal care, enteral feeding, deep suctioning and helping them enjoy fun and meaningful life at home.

✨ The young person:

Has epilepsy, asthma, a visual impairment, and learning difficulties
Is non-verbal and communicates using facial expressions
Benefits from patient, positive, and person-centred support

✨We're looking for someone who is:

Kind, reliable, and patient
Willing to learn and undertake specialist training
Passionate about helping them to reach their full potential

Experience with epilepsy, enteral feeding, deep suctioning, or complex needs is desirable but not essential.
