Working within Medirest, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, while also keeping our administrative processes running smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
As our Payroll & Administration Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—supporting both people and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing payroll processes with high accuracy and attention to detail

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies

Assisting with reporting, data management, and operational coordination

Acting as a key point of contact for payroll and admin-related queries

Working closely with the Head of Operations to support business needs

You’ll be a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a busy environment. We’re interested in candidates who bring:

Experience in payroll and/or administration (healthcare experience is a plus!)
