Full job description

```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

```Skills```
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office)

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to patients while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and telephones.
