This is not a “just post on Instagram” role. We’re looking for someone who can plan, film, edit, publish and grow the content engine behind one of the UK’s most exciting private healthcare clinics.
We don’t mean to brag... but we’re kind of a big deal ;)
Urban Body is the only clinic in the UK to offer Physio, Neubie, HBOT and Red Light Therapy under one roof.
We help people over 50 stay active, mobile and independent, and we support people living with neurological conditions such as FND, MS, stroke and MND to access treatment options they may not have been offered elsewhere.
Over the past 17 years, we’ve helped thousands of people move better, feel better and get back to doing the things they thought they had lost.
Now we need someone who can help us tell those stories properly.
That’s where you come in...
The Role
We’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially-minded Content & Video Marketing Creator to take ownership of video, social media and content production across Urban Body, Urban Body Neuro and Phil The Physio.
This is not a “just post on Instagram” job.
You’ll be responsible for turning patient questions, treatment stories, clinical knowledge and business campaigns into content that educates, builds trust, grows our audience and helps more people take action.
You’ll be planning, filming, editing, publishing, reporting and improving.
In other words, you’ll own the content machine.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the Urban Body, Urban Body Neuro and Phil The Physio social media channels across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Creating and publishing content using proven short-form video, long-form video, copywriting and content frameworks.
- Planning and maintaining content schedules so that posting is consistent across all platforms.
- Researching content ideas based on audience interests, patient questions, search demand, trends and platform updates.
- Writing scripts for YouTube videos, social media videos, educational content and promotional campaigns.
- Setting up and operating cameras, lighting, microphones and teleprompters during filming.
- Filming clinicians, patient stories, behind-the-scenes content, educational videos and promotional content.
- Editing long-form YouTube videos with efficient turnaround times.
- Repurposing long-form videos into short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
- Creating optimised YouTube titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters and calls to action.
- Designing and producing marketing assets including posters, leaflets, digital displays, email graphics and promotional materials.
- Supporting campaigns, offers, events, book promotions, workshops and new service launches.
- Coordinating and filming patient testimonials, ensuring consent is properly recorded and stored.
- Engaging with audiences by responding to comments, messages and community discussions.
- Hosting or supporting live Q&A sessions to educate people about our services and treatments.
- Working with affiliate creators and partners to promote services and technology such as Neubie.
- Monitoring content performance and reporting on key metrics.
- Conducting monthly reviews to identify what is working, what needs improving and where the next opportunities are.
- Keeping our digital content library organised, searchable and easy for the team to use.
- Uploading and managing content within Dropbox so footage, photography, scripts and assets are stored properly.
- Maintaining brand consistency across every piece of content we publish.
Is this your dream content role?
It might be if you like:
- Working in a fast-paced business with a clear growth plan.
- Creating content that actually means something.
- Telling real patient stories that can change someone’s life.
- Building YouTube channels, social platforms and content systems from the inside.
- Taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Working with clinicians, patients and business leaders to turn ideas into campaigns.
- Using data to improve content rather than guessing and hoping.
- Seeing your work directly contribute to enquiries, bookings and business growth.
Reasons why we’re an amazing place to work:
- You’ll be part of a fast-growing clinic with a huge vision for the future.
- You’ll work in a bright, purpose-built clinic with a team that genuinely cares about what we do.
- You’ll have access to interesting, meaningful content every single week — patient stories, new technology, neuro rehabilitation, physiotherapy, HBOT, Red Light Therapy and behind-the-scenes clinic life.
- You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table and test new formats.
- You’ll work closely with the business owner, operations team, clinicians and front-of-house team.
- You’ll get mentoring, feedback and support.
- You’ll be working with cutting-edge healthcare technology that most clinics simply do not have.
- You’ll have access to the on-site gym and clinic benefits.
- You’ll have access to a brand-new MacBook, state-of-the-art editing equipment and professional camera kit, so you’ll have the tools you need to create high-quality content without being held back by poor tech.
- And yes, there are the usual things too — holidays, pension and all the sensible stuff.
The perfect candidate will tick the boxes below:
- You understand social media, but you also understand that content needs a purpose.
- You can write strong hooks, captions, scripts and calls to action.
- You know how to film and edit good-quality video without needing a huge production team.
- You can make people feel comfortable on camera.
- You can take a rough idea and turn it into usable content.
- You’re organised enough to manage a content calendar, filming schedule and asset library.
- You can work quickly without letting standards drop.
- You understand YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn — and you know that the same content should not simply be copied and pasted everywhere.
- You have an eye for detail and can maintain brand consistency.
- You can look at analytics and work out what to do next.
- You’re commercially aware and understand that reach, engagement and views are only useful if they help the business grow.
- You’re proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure.
- You can take feedback without taking it personally.
- You’re reliable, hard-working and able to manage multiple priorities.
- You can spell. Seriously. It matters.

4:30pm: Organise footage and assets in Dropbox so everything is easy to find later.

Every day will be different, but it will always be busy.
