Financial Consultant — Solihull

Hours

36 hours per week, permanent — Solihull branch

The role of Financial Consultant:

Conduct customer review appointments to understand financial goals and identify suitable non-advised solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships face-to-face, over the phone and virtually
Proactively promote relevant products and services in a customer-first manner
Support customers across multiple channels
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Work collaboratively with colleagues and share knowledge across the team
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Identify and support vulnerable customers appropriately

The ideal Financial Consultant:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
Strong listening skills and confidence in asking insightful questions
Proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs
Good organisational and time management skills
Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience in financial services (desirable but not essential)
A team player with a positive and supportive attitude
