CRS Building Supplies (est. 2005) serves the Southwest with a strong customer-first approach. Part of IBMG, we combine local expertise with national support.

Key Responsibilities

Own branch performance & profitability
Manage stock, suppliers & operations
Build strong customer relationships
Drive sales, margin & KPIs
Ensure health & safety compliance

What Youll Do

Lead day-to-day branch operations
Motivate, coach & develop your team
Deliver excellent service to trade & retail customers
Grow sales and branch performance

What Youll Need

Builders merchant leadership experience
Strong commercial awareness
Hands-on, motivated leadership style
Focus on customer service & results

Working Hours

MonFri: 7:00am 4:30pm
Alt Saturdays: 8:00am 12:00pm
