Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly individual to join our team as a Barista/Waitress. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks following established recipes and presentation standards.
Take customer orders accurately, ensuring prompt and friendly service at the counter or table.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods to ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including coffee machines, counters, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards.
Manage cash register transactions efficiently using basic math skills, including handling payments and giving correct change.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation practices.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly to enhance their experience.

Skills

Proven experience as a Barista or Waitress is preferred; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued.
Knowledge of food safety procedures to maintain hygiene standards at all times.
Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly without compromising quality or service speed.
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash register operations.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
