Apollo Servicing & Repairs — Bicester and Banbury's highest-rated garages — is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team.

We currently have two sites (Banbury & Bicester) and are planning to open further sites in the future. That means genuine career progression and the chance to grow within the company — we always promote from within.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (no weekends)

The Role

Servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across all makes and models

General repairs (suspension, brakes, clutches, exhausts, etc.)

Confident use of modern diagnostic equipment

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Deliver high-quality workmanship

Occasionally engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience as a vehicle technician/mechanic

Strong diagnostic and repair skills

MOT Tester (preferred, not essential)

Full UK driving licence

Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

Pay & Benefits

£40,000 – £50,000 basic salary (subject to experience)

Team bonus scheme – realistic extra earnings of £3,000–£9,000 per year above basic, plus paid overtime

Company pension

Free MOT for staff vehicle

22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

1 extra day off for your birthday
