At A Lings Group Limited, we specialize in providing rapid, reliable home emergency services to private sector clients across South London. With five years of success and growth behind us, we’re expanding our team to continue delivering exceptional service. We’re currently looking for enthusiastic Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to help us maintain our high standards.

About the Role:
Our office is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Hackbridge Station, with direct train access to central London. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth and efficient bookings. We need someone who thrives under pressure, communicates professionally, and has a keen eye for detail.

What We’re Looking For:

A quick thinker with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
A professional who can remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Someone with a strong eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
Prior experience in a similar customer service role is essential.
Flexibility, especially during the busy winter months, is important.
IT literacy is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and process bookings efficiently.
Compile and action customer reports within the same day or next day.
Advise customers on the best solutions for their home emergencies.
Handle customer email inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
Participate in a weekend rota, compensated at Time & Quarter.
